House GOP Emphasizes Domestic Production In Energy Plan

The Domestic Energy and Jobs Act, which was rolled out by House Majority Whip Kevin McCarthy, R-Calif., includes seven bills covering gas and oil drilling leases, energy production on federal lands, and federal rules impacting the price of gasoline and diesel fuels, among other issues....
