DOC Holds Sawblade Dumping Ruling To Examine Fraud Claims

Law360, New York (June 06, 2012, 9:07 PM ET) -- The International Trade Administration recommended that the U.S. Department of Commerce postpone its anti-dumping review results of Chinese and Korean diamond sawblades, saying in a notice released Tuesday that it needed more time to determine the impact of manufacturers’ alleged fraud.

The ITA found that additional review and analysis was needed in light of investigations by the South Korean Customs Service into claims that Korean and Chinese manufacturers committed fraud.
