Law360, New York (June 07, 2012, 2:18 PM ET) -- A New York federal judge on Wednesday linked a series of class actions accusing AT&T Mobility LLC, Verizon Wireless LLC, Sprint Nextel Corp. and other wireless carriers of conspiring to fix prices on text messages sent between businesses and their customers.
U.S. District Judge Alison J. Nathan ordered the consolidation of three putative class actions alleging the wireless providers worked together to force text messaging service firms to adopt a more expensive system for sending mass texts.
