Law360, New York (June 07, 2012, 7:00 PM ET) -- Centrica PLC, a Siemens AG unit and Dong Energy have landed £425 million ($661 million) in financing for their joint renewables venture, a 270-megawatt wind farm five miles off England's east coast in the North Sea, Centrica said Thursday.
A consortium of 10 commercial banks will provide the backing for Lincs Wind Farm Ltd., according to Centrica. The funders include BNP Paribas, HSBC Bank and the Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ.
