'South Park' Prevails In 7th Circ. Viral Video Copyright Suit

Law360, New York (June 07, 2012, 2:37 PM ET) -- The Seventh Circuit on Thursday upheld the dismissal of a copyright holder's suit accusing the producers of "South Park" of copying a viral video on the show, ruling that the trial court did not prematurely dispose of the suit given the evidence available.
