Navy Touts Progress In Lockheed Combat Ship Buy

Law360, New York (June 07, 2012, 4:45 PM ET) -- The U.S. Navy received Lockheed Martin Corp.'s second littoral combat ship on Wednesday and attempted to quiet congressional criticism of the purchase by praising the contractor for delivering the ship ahead of schedule while fixing flaws that surfaced in the first prototype.
