Law360, New York (June 08, 2012, 2:07 PM ET) -- A California appeals court on Thursday affirmed a $1.3 million jury verdict in favor of a former executive of defunct subprime lending company Fremont General Corp. who alleged he was unlawfully terminated shortly before the company filed for bankruptcy.
