Kodak Judge Won't Say Apple Doesn't Own Patents

Law360, New York (June 13, 2012, 5:30 PM EDT) -- A New York bankruptcy judge on Wednesday denied Eastman Kodak Co.'s bid to have Apple Inc.'s claim to 10 digital camera patents declared invalid, saying the debtor must pursue the issue as an expedited adversary proceeding.
