Law360, New York (June 08, 2012, 8:04 PM ET) -- A North Dakota county planning commission acted correctly in granting a conditional permit that would allow Great Northern Project Development L.P. to build an 8,100-acre coal gasification facility, the state Supreme Court ruled Thursday.
