Pipeline Safety And The Integrity Of Water Crossings

Law360, New York (June 12, 2012, 12:48 PM EDT) -- On May 29, 2012, the Montana Council on Pipeline Safety released recommendations after an extensive review of pipeline risk factors at water crossings.

The report outlines six broad recommendations that reflect ongoing cooperation between state and federal regulators to remediate “at risk” areas and enforce regulatory requirements at major water crossings in the state.
