Ex-Innospec CEO Cops To UK Foreign Bribery Charges

Law360, New York (June 11, 2012, 12:06 PM EDT) -- Chemical manufacturer Innospec Inc.'s former CEO Paul Jennings pled guilty Monday to charges of conspiring to bribe government officials in Iraq and Indonesia in order to secure business contracts for the company, the U.K. Serious Fraud Office said.
