High Court Limits Federal Workers' Access To Courts

Law360, New York (June 11, 2012, 7:32 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Supreme Court on Monday ruled that U.S. government employees covered by the Civil Service Reform Act cannot bring wrongful termination claims in federal court, rejecting arguments made by a putative class of workers who were fired for not registering with the Selective Service System.
