Law360, New York (June 11, 2012, 2:17 PM ET) -- New Jersey-based commercial property landlord Mack-Cali Realty Corp. has signed a 17-year expansion lease with The Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ Ltd. for an additional 100,000 square feet of space at a Jersey City commercial complex, Mack-Cali said Thursday.
The Edison, N.J.-based real estate investment trust said The Bank of Tokyo's 17-year, three-month lease expansion deal is for 100,274 square feet at the Harborside Financial Center in Jersey City, a office complex with roughly 3.1 million square feet of gross leasable office space.
