8th Circ. Snub May Make EEOC Revamp Investigation Tactics

Law360, New York (June 12, 2012, 10:02 PM EDT) -- In a blow to the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission's systemic litigation program, the Eighth Circuit has refused to rehear en banc a sexual harassment case against CRST Van Expedited Inc., a decision experts said Tuesday could force the agency to make major changes to how it initiates large-scale discrimination cases.
