Enviro Group Wants Say In NYC's Upstate Hydro Plant Plan

Law360, Chicago (June 11, 2012, 7:39 PM EDT) -- An environmental group on Monday asked to intervene in New York City's effort to score a preliminary permit from the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission for its plan to add hydroelectric generators to two Delaware River dams, saying the projects could affect the quality and quantity of nearby waters.
