Small Biz Group Claims DOD Is Shielding HP Contract Docs

Law360, New York (June 11, 2012, 6:07 PM EDT) -- A small business advocacy group has sued the Pentagon over the stonewalling of its Freedom of Information Act request for subcontracting reports on contracts with a Hewlett-Packard Co. unit because they allegedly contain trade secrets and other sensitive information, the group said Monday.
