Law360, New York (June 11, 2012, 7:04 PM ET) -- Arch Specialty Insurance Co. on Thursday settled allegations in a California federal court suit that it wrongly denied coverage for a homebuilder and vinyl flooring subcontractor facing construction defect claims.
The company and McMillin Construction Services LP, McMillin Management Services LP and Corky McMillin Construction Services Inc. submitted to U.S. District Judge Dana M. Sabraw a two-page stipulation of dismissal seeking Arch's exit from the suit with prejudice. Terms of the settlement were not disclosed, and attorneys for the parties were not immediately available for comment...
