Law360, New York (June 12, 2012, 4:39 PM ET) -- Ten Republican U.S. senators on Monday urged the Ninth Circuit to find the Defense of Marriage Act constitutional, saying a lower court improperly relied on isolated statements by lawmakers criticizing homosexuality to strike down part of the law.
