Law360, Chicago (June 14, 2012, 1:36 PM ET) -- Greenberg Traurig LLP has snapped up a new shareholder for its corporate and securities practice in Boston from Seyfarth Shaw LLP, boosting its mergers and acquisitions offerings for both established companies and still-developing businesses, the firm revealed Tuesday.
Ronan P. O'Brien will also serve as outside general counsel to several clients and will advise companies on strategic alliances, capital formation, outsourcing deals and joint ventures, Greenberg said.
