Ajinomoto Cleared In French Animal Feed Price-Fixing Suit

Law360, New York (June 12, 2012, 2:55 PM ET) -- Food processing giant Ajinomoto Co. Inc.'s French subsidiary has beaten claims from two cattle feed producers that alleged they were harmed by the company's involvement in a scheme to fix prices for the animal feed additive lysine, the company's attorneys said Tuesday.
