Additional Insureds' Chances At Coverage Limited In NY

Law360, New York (June 12, 2012, 7:20 PM EDT) -- New York's high court ruled Tuesday in a dispute over a deadly construction accident that additional insureds couldn't score coverage under insurance policies if they are rescinded because of a policyholder's misrepresentations, handing new relief to insurers facing additional insured claims in the state.
