Law360, New York (June 18, 2012, 5:34 PM ET) -- Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough LLP has added a securities enforcement attorney and a corporate transactional attorney with subspecialties in technology and private equity as partners in its Boston office, the firm said recently.
The firm announced on June 12 that Juan Marcelino and James P. O'Hare had joined as partners last month in its Boston office. Marcelino, who specializes in advising corporate clients on securities enforcement matters, was previously a shareholder with Greenberg Traurig LLP in Boston.
