ITC To Probe Chinese, Austrian Xanthan Gum Imports

Law360, New York (June 13, 2012, 4:00 PM EDT) -- The U.S. International Trade Commission will investigate whether domestic xanthan gum producers are being harmed by imports of the food additive from China and Austria that a U.S. company alleges are being sold for less than fair value, the ITC said Tuesday.
