Lawmakers Spar Over Motorola's Xbox Patent Suit In ITC

Law360, New York (June 12, 2012, 9:01 PM EDT) -- Members of Congress from Microsoft Corp.'s home state told the U.S. International Trade Commission on Tuesday that banning Xbox video game systems that allegedly infringe four Motorola Mobility Inc. patents could threaten jobs and hurt consumers, while others argued for “vigorous” intellectual property protections.
