Davis Polk To Stay In Offices While $63M Rent Row Resolved

Law360, New York (June 13, 2012, 3:16 PM ET) -- A New York state judge on Wednesday temporarily blocked the landlord of Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP's midtown Manhattan offices from taking any action against the firm while they resolve a $63 million rent dispute, which the judge said a single arbitrator will decide.
