Ameritox Drug Testing Ads Contained False Info, Jury Finds

Law360, New York (June 13, 2012, 6:26 PM ET) -- A Maryland federal jury found that drug testing company Ameritox Ltd. falsely advertised its testing services, according to a consent order released Wednesday, handing rival Millennium Laboratories Inc. a victory in a long-running legal war over false marketing campaigns and alleged kickbacks to doctors.
