Law360, New York (June 14, 2012, 1:32 PM ET) -- The liquidating trustee for defunct law firm Dreier LLP asked a New York bankruptcy court Wednesday to sanction personal injury firm The Cochran Firm for evading a discovery order and taking action in state court in violation of a stay.
Trustee Sheila Gowan asked the court to force Cochran and Professional Traders Management LLC to comply with an order that they provide information related to a fee for legal work Dreier performed before its sole partner, Marc Dreier, was arrested for fraud in 2008.
