De Beers Can't Boot Price-Fixing Suit From British Columbia

Law360, New York (June 15, 2012, 4:26 PM ET) -- A Canadian appeals court on Thursday found that a lower court in British Columbia is a proper venue for a proposed class action alleging that De Beers SA and others conspired to fix gem-grade diamond prices at artificially high levels.
