Gupta Found Guilty Of Insider Trading

Law360, New York (June 15, 2012, 12:31 PM ET) -- Rajat Gupta, a former director for Goldman Sachs Group Inc., was found guilty Friday of securities fraud for passing information from corporate board meetings to hedge fund founder Raj Rajaratnam.

A federal jury in Manhattan found Gupta guilty of four of six counts he faced. They had deliberated for just more than one day.
