AXA Rakes In $8B To Buy Bank Private Equity Portfolios

Law360, New York (June 18, 2012, 4:55 PM ET) -- AXA Private Equity has raised $8 billion from investors to go after the $40 billion to $50 billion in private equity stakes it expects European banks to shed in the face of coming regulations, it said Monday.
