Ceglia Wants Gibson Dunn, Others DQ'd From Facebook Row

Law360, New York (June 18, 2012, 6:01 PM ET) -- Gibson Dunn & Crutcher LLP and two other firms should be disqualified from defending Facebook Inc. and founder Mark Zuckerberg in a contract dispute over the company's ownership, Zuckerberg’s former partner told a New York federal judge Saturday, saying the defendants’ interests aren't adequately aligned for dual representation.
