Adidas' Minimalist Shoes Are Misleading, Class Action Says

Law360, New York (June 18, 2012, 11:05 PM ET) -- A New York man filed a putative class action Friday against Adidas America Inc., claiming the company deceptively touts health benefits of its barefoot-style running shoe that are largely unproven.
