Law360, New York (June 18, 2012, 5:01 PM ET) -- The Minnesota Court of Appeals on Monday allowed construction to proceed on a 450-foot AT&T Mobility LLC cellphone tower in a designated wilderness area, dealing a blow to conservation groups with its finding that the tower would not have a severe adverse effects on scenic views.
