Law360, New York (June 18, 2012, 3:56 PM ET) -- Bloomberg LP on Monday fired back against a wage-and-hour suit filed by New York call center workers last week that accused the media company of failing to pay overtime, calling the former employees "disgruntled individuals."
In a complaint filed in New York federal court on Thursday, four salaried global technical support representatives claimed Bloomberg had violated the Fair Labor Standards Act and New York labor laws by forcing employees to work through their meal breaks and after hours to complete calls without proper compensation.
