Law360, New York (June 18, 2012, 5:55 PM ET) -- Intel Corp. said Friday that it would pay $375 million in cash for about 1,700 wireless and cellular technology patents and patent applications from InterDigital Inc., which could boost Intel's litigation armor as it moves into mobile technology, attorneys said.
