Law360, New York (June 18, 2012, 3:32 PM ET) -- Sidley Austin LLP has snagged a former assistant U.S. attorney to serve as a partner in its white collar, securities and complex commercial litigation practice groups in its San Francisco office, the firm said Monday.
Joshua Hill, who joins Sidley Austin after four years as a federal prosecutor in the Northern District of California, specializes in a range of litigation and regulatory matters, including corporate internal investigations, U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission investigations, shareholder derivative suits, antitrust litigation and reinsurance arbitration.
