API, Enviros Criticize EPA Diesel Fracking Guidance

Law360, Washington (June 29, 2012, 2:28 PM EDT) -- Advocacy and trade groups came forward on Friday to tell the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency that its draft guidance for hydraulic fracturing using diesel fuels needs significant revisions before it's ready for implementation.
