Samsung Must Turn Over Customer Info In DRAM Suit

Law360, New York (September 17, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Putting an end to a discovery dispute in an antitrust battle over alleged price inflation for dynamic random access memory products, a federal judge has ordered defendant Samsung Electronics Co. Ltd. to turn over identities corresponding to customer codes.

In an order signed Sept. 14 and filed Monday in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California, Magistrate Judge Joseph C. Sperro instructed the plaintiffs to identify for Samsung all of the plaintiffs’ parent, affiliate and subsidiary corporations in order to enable the company...
