Nanya Seeks Stay In Fujitsu’s DRAM Suit

Law360, New York (September 17, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Nanya Technology Corp. is looking to stay Fujitsu Ltd.’s patent infringement case against it while the computer memory patents at the center of the dispute are re-examined.

Nanya asked the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California on Friday to place a stay on the proceedings until the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office completes its review of Fujitsu’s five patents, claiming the litigation is still in an early stage.
