Biz Leaders Urge Cool-Off Period After Health Care Ruling

Law360, New York (June 19, 2012, 5:32 PM ET) -- Wary of hasty legislative action, an influential group of CEOs representing the nation’s largest businesses, including many health care companies, asked congressional leaders Monday to observe a “cooling-off period” after the U.S. Supreme Court’s ruling on health reform.

The court's decision is expected by month’s end and could toss the U.S. health system into tremendous uncertainty if it scraps all or part of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act.
