Mobile, Data Brokers Among FTC's Top Priorities, Brill Says

Law360, New York (June 19, 2012, 8:37 PM ET) -- Federal Trade Commissioner Julie Brill on Tuesday named data brokers, the mobile space and privacy policies of social networks as among the agency's top enforcement priorities, pointing to rapid advances in technology and the success of past regulatory actions as the driving forces behind these choices.
