Law360, New York (June 19, 2012, 4:29 PM ET) -- The former head of privacy at IBM will join the Washington office of Hogan Lovells as a partner in its privacy and information management practice group, the firm announced Tuesday.
Harriet P. Pearson, who served as vice president and security counsel at IBM, in addition to chief privacy officer for 12 years, will counsel clients on privacy and information security policy and compliance, among other matters, starting Aug. 1.
