Wash. Enviros Sue Navy To Block $715M Nuclear Wharf

Law360, Los Angeles (June 19, 2012, 6:33 PM EDT) -- Two Washington state nonprofits sued the U.S. Department of the Navy on Monday over construction of a nuclear-submarine-related wharf near Seattle, saying the military violated environmental laws by conducting an inadequate review of the $715 million project.
