Texas Court Reopens County Worker's Retaliation Suit

Law360, New York (June 19, 2012, 8:12 PM EDT) -- A Texas appeals court on Tuesday revived a suit filed by a former Harris County employee alleging he was fired for reporting to federal authorities that the county sheriff ordered subordinates to secretly hack into county computer systems.
