Quaker Can't Call Cereal With GM Corn 'All Natural,' Suit Says

Law360, New York (June 20, 2012, 4:12 PM ET) -- The Quaker Oats Co. was hit Tuesday with a putative class action in California court alleging that its Mother’s Natural line of cereals was wrongly marketed as “all natural” because it contains ingredients that were genetically modified, violating state unfair competition and false advertising laws.
