Houston Pavilions Developers Sued Over $149M Loan Default

Law360, New York (June 20, 2012, 8:23 PM EDT) -- U.S. Bank NA launched a suit in Texas state court Tuesday against the general partner and co-developers of Houston Pavilions, claiming it is owed $149 million on a delinquent construction loan for the sprawling retail and office complex which has struggled to gain tenants since opening in 2008.
