HTC Says Apple Suit Ruling Doesn't Affect New Imports

Law360, New York (June 20, 2012, 6:44 PM ET) -- HTC Corp. on Tuesday blasted Apple Inc.'s recent claim that the smartphone maker ignored a U.S. International Trade Commission order barring the importation of certain of its Android devices, saying the new devices aren't affected, and called Apple's bid for an emergency injunction “unprecedented.”
