FDA User Fee Bill Keeps Rocketing Through Congress

Law360, New York (June 20, 2012, 4:21 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Food and Drug Administration user fee bill continued its quick and bipartisan path through Congress on Wednesday, winning final approval in the U.S. House of Representatives by a voice vote and moving on to the U.S. Senate.
