GOP House Bill Would Revamp Medicaid Funding Structure

Law360, New York (June 21, 2012, 1:27 PM ET) -- A U.S. House Republican introduced a bill Wednesday that would set new limits on both the federal and state portions of Medicaid funding, as the U.S. Supreme Court considers the constitutionality of health care reform law, which features a significant expansion of Medicaid.
