Microsoft Rejects Motorola Royalty Offer Amid Patent War

Law360, New York (June 21, 2012, 5:30 PM ET) -- Microsoft Corp. has rejected a licensing offer from recent Google Inc. acquisition Motorola Mobility Inc. that would have ended separate patent disputes over Android and the Xbox video game system before the U.S. International Trade Commission, a company spokesman told Law360 on Thursday.
